To celebrate their reopening, come participate in their Running & Cycling Festival as participants head up that steep Tram Road. Another way to exercise and help the community happens on October 28 with the annual Desert Aid Walk, leaving Frances Stevens Park at 9:30 a.m. Palm Canyon Theatre presents South Pacific through October 22. This local equity theatre is located right in downtown and features professional, local talent. And don't forget VillageFest - every Thursday evening except Thanksgiving, you can shop Palm Canyon Drive from 6:00 - 10:00 p.m. The street vendors offer a wealth of unique, handcrafted items.
